As a buyer in the current real estate market, you need to have strong broker representation. A broker is NOT the same as a real estate agent. The knowledge required to become a broker is substantially more complex than that which is required to be merely an agent. Agents MUST work under a broker. I am a broker, and I will personally represent you.

In a normal real estate transaction, your contract is with the broker of that office, but you probably will never see or meet tht broker. Rather than work with an agent below me, One-on-One Broker Representations means that you will work directly with me.
