Broker Representation

As a seller in the current real estate market, you need to have strong broker representation. A broker is NOT the same as a real estate agent. The knowledge required to become a broker is substantially more complex than that which is required to be merely an agent. Agents MUST work under a broker. I am a broker, and I will personally represent you.

Contracts and Disclosure Requirements

Seller disclosure requirements and real estate contracts are complex. Most agents only satisfy the basic statutory requirements when it comes to disclosures and contracts. I cannot provide legal advice and I cannot promise you will never be sued. However, as a broker, I go the extra mile with disclosures and pay attention to every detail in the contracts and paperwork because it's better to be safe, than sorry. This way, in the event of any dispute before or after closing, we can resolve it efficiently. Cutting corners could get you into a big legal mess. You'd be surprised by the amount of disputes that arise over real estate transactions.
